We offer 4 paid trial shifts (without tips) so you can interview us as well.  Great matches start their 5th shift as a team member.

For 90 days base hourly is  $16.00 plus $4.50 in tips ($20.50 total).  After 90 days team members graduate into our general tipping pool which varies but typically adds $7.50 - $10 per hour depending upon traffic. $20.50 hourly for first 90 days, then an increase to $23.50 - $26 per hour.  We have a bonus structure in place for rewards at the 600 & 900 hour mark as well!

We offer flexible schedules, gratis shift drinks, a staff meal & an off-hours employee discount.  Weekend availability is crucial which makes it easy to grant time off needs for all teammates & 4 shifts per week are necessary.
